How do i join POINT REWARD PROGRAM?
Just sign up and you can join in our program. This program does not require extra fees. you will upgrade and earn rewards when satisfied the times of eligible purchases or the amount of eligible spending.
What can i get if i join in?
Once you have joined our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. Rewards such as access to events & pop-ups, receive member exclusive promotions, free new product try, priority shipment, and so on.
How do i level-up?
You will graduate to the next level once you have reached the spend limit for your current one-and you will also receive a just-for-you token of our appreciation.
To which account are points awarded?
Points are awarded to the account through which you place your orders，only registered users can get bonus points.
Will there be points rewards for not registering an account?
No，You will receive 100 points for verifying your email, points can only be awarded to registered accounts.
What if i have more than one K&F Concept account?
At this time, we cannot combine accounts, so to maximize your perks, we urge you to shop under one account only.
Do K&F Concept Points Expire?
Yes，the points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from the time you register. And we will remind you by email 30 days and 7 days before the points expire.
How do i receive points?
Points may be awarded for placing an order(excluding shipping costs), providing a review about a purchased product,checking in, share buy, playing on our site, or filling out a survey. From time to time, we award points in connection with other promotional events. Additionally, points may be given by K&F Concept customer service.
Can i use my points on different K&F Concept sites?
No, points can only be used on the site through which the points are awarded.
Why are my points reduced?
The following situations may deduct your points:
1. Every 100 points = C$1, deducted when you check out
2. Cancel an order
3. Return an order
4. Redeem coupons/gifts
Why can’t I use my points?
You need to be logged in to redeem your points;
Note:
1. You can use points when your order value reaches C$20.
2.The discount (from the Points) cannot exceed 5% of the final commodity value.
3.Each order can only use up to 2000 points.
4.Points can't be used on Flash Deal Products and Special Discount For New Users.
