I happily used this camera for ten months when it developed a problem. The customer service team suggested a few self-test procedures but, unfortunately, they did not help. Without hesitation they replaced the camera. I am very pleased with their service.

I love this product. The solar is amazing, I left it out in the woods for 4 months. It took 7000 photos and when I picked it up, it was had 100% battery. The picture quality is very clear, especially the night shots. The camera continues to perform as expected.

Amazing value for the price, I've only used it in my backyard so far but the image quality is really sharp. I'll post a video once I get some animals to trigger it. The construction feels durable as well and I'd have no problem leaving it outside for days in any weather!

I like everything about this camera but I have an issue with buffering of the video on my cell phone. The buffering does not happen on the camera itself so I don't know how to fix this. The camera did inform me that I have a wild life refuge in my backyard!

I have had this Trail cam now about a month and after a small issue, that was my fault, that technical support helped me verify, this has been a pretty good device.
I had thought I had an issue with nighttime picture taking. The issue was, I had it miss-aimed.
Unit is working now out in a field, catching pictures of Coyotes, Deer, fox, wild cats, and armadillo.
The only complaint, is that the pictures for night time are staticy, but the videos are clearer. Its a common issue with all of my trail cams over the last few years.

This unit works as described and only runs off 4 AAA, The solar power keeps the unit at full power. The unit is small but packed with a lot of features.

Replacement for original camera. First cam was defective. Contacted seller and they promptly shipped a replacement. Great customer service, highly recommended. This camera is great for the price point with easy setup.

Set it some place sunny and the batteries last forever. I have had this trail Cam for over 5 months and have not had to replace the batteries yet. It has an internal rechargeable that is supplemented by 4 AA's if needed. We capture the deer every night on video and pictures. The 4k video is fantastic and the pictures are very hi-res. The Wi-Fi function makes it very easy to retrieve the pics and videos without having to disturb the camera.

I like that this trail camera is solar powered and does not require batteries, but batteries can be used if needed. Being solar powered, the camera would last longer than with just batteries alone. The video and audio is really clear. It has great night vision. It is compact and easy to use. This is perfect if you're camping and you want to see some wildlife up close. You'll be able to take pictures and videos of animals. This solar trail camera starts recording as soon as something comes in to view of the sensors. It has the camouflage color so it blends in with the surrounding trees. It comes with the mount and strap to go around the tree. This camera works straight out of box as it includes all the accessories, such as SD card. There is also an app that can be downloaded on the phone and you'll be able to see what the camera has recorded.
